Services are available for sailing yachts, motor yachts and catamarans up to 24 metres.

All Yacht Service is led by Aleksandrs Tolkacovs, an IIMS-Certified Yacht and Small Craft Marine Surveyor and licensed captain.

His professional background combines practical yacht operation with more than 20 years of experience in engineering, quality assurance and management.

This combination supports a structured approach to inspections, defect assessment, reporting, risk evaluation and communication with buyers, owners, brokers, insurers, boatyards and technical specialists.

Aleksandrs has practical experience operating sailing yachts and motor yachts in:

Yacht surveys and technical assignments are approached systematically, with attention to the agreed scope, vessel access, inspection conditions and the intended purpose of the work.

Surveying is normally non-destructive and limited to areas, systems and equipment that are safely accessible at the time of inspection. No survey can guarantee that every existing defect will be identified.

Independence and Professional Responsibility

The purpose of an independent yacht survey is to provide the commissioning client with objective technical information based on the vessel’s observed condition and the agreed inspection scope.

All Yacht Service does not undertake repairs as part of an independent survey assignment and does not allow repair interests to influence survey findings.

Any commercial relationship or potential conflict of interest connected with a vessel will be disclosed before an appointment is accepted.

Where a conflict could prevent an appropriately independent service from being provided, the assignment may be declined or its limitations agreed clearly with the client.

Relationship with Premium Yachts Spain

Aleksandrs Tolkacovs is Chief Operating Officer of Premium Yachts Spain. All Yacht Service and Premium Yachts Spain are separate commercial brands and service areas operated by PREMIUM YACHTS SPAIN, S.L..

This relationship provides practical insight into yacht transactions, buyer requirements, dealer communication and the wider yacht market.

However, yacht surveying assignments must remain transparent.

Where a vessel, seller, buyer, broker, manufacturer or transaction has a commercial connection with Premium Yachts Spain, that relationship will be disclosed before All Yacht Service accepts an independent survey or buyer-support assignment.

The client will be informed of any relevant limitation or potential conflict so they can decide whether to proceed.

Survey findings remain professionally independent. The client is free to appoint another surveyor, and All Yacht Service may decline an assignment where a relationship cannot be appropriately disclosed or managed.
