1. Acceptance of Website Terms

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these website terms. Merely viewing a page, using a calculator or sending an enquiry does not create a paid service agreement.

The website and services offered under the All Yacht Service brand are operated and contractually provided by PREMIUM YACHTS SPAIN, S.L..

2. Informational Purpose

Service pages describe general scopes; the final scope is agreed individually. Educational articles provide general guidance and are not a substitute for inspecting an individual yacht, reviewing its records or obtaining specialist advice where needed.

3. Calculator Estimates

Survey and yacht-delivery calculator results are non-binding estimates, not quotations, contracts or invoices. They use simplified assumptions. A delivery route is not a navigational route or passage plan, and a survey estimate depends on the options selected.

Final price, availability and scope require individual confirmation. An estimate reference does not reserve a date or create an appointment.

4. Survey and Technical Services

Services require a separate written scope or appointment. Access, operating condition, haul-out and inspection circumstances affect the available findings. Surveys are generally visual and non-destructive unless another method is expressly agreed and authorised. Website descriptions do not expand the scope stated in an engagement or report.

5. Reports

Reports are prepared for the commissioning client, stated purpose and agreed scope. Third-party reliance is not automatic. Copying a report or relying on it may require written permission. The report’s own terms, scope, assumptions and limitations prevail over general website content.

6. Yacht Survey Tips

Yacht Survey Tips are educational. They are not instructions to carry out unsafe, destructive or unauthorised testing. Findings on one yacht do not determine another yacht’s condition, and professional inspection may be necessary.

7. Yachts for Sale and External Brokerage

Yacht listings are hosted on the external Premium Yachts Spain brokerage website, a separate commercial service area operated by the same legal entity. All Yacht Service does not maintain that inventory. Availability, price, ownership, specification and tax information must be confirmed with the listing broker. Relevant commercial relationships are disclosed where appropriate. A survey is not a recommendation to buy a yacht.

8. External Links

Links are provided for convenience and context. Third parties control their own sites, content, terms, availability and privacy practices. Following a link does not make All Yacht Service responsible for the external service.

9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

You may browse the website for personal or business-enquiry purposes and share links to public pages. Unauthorised commercial copying or reuse of website text, branding, reports, calculator code or original images is not permitted. Third-party material remains governed by the rights that apply to it.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• use automated requests in a way that abuses or disrupts the website;
• interfere with security or attempt unauthorised access;
• make malicious, deceptive or unlawful submissions;
• upload unlawful, harmful or unauthorised files; or
• present calculator results as formal quotations or confirmed prices.

To the extent permitted by law, All Yacht Service is not responsible for decisions based solely on general website content, calculator assumptions or information controlled by external websites.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing removes mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

The website and services operated by PREMIUM YACHTS SPAIN, S.L. are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by mandatory applicable law. Nothing in these terms restricts a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before a court competent under applicable consumer-protection rules.
