Delivery planning tool
Yacht Delivery Cost Calculator
Calculate an approximate sea-route distance and starting professional delivery fee for a yacht passage across Spain and the Mediterranean.
Calculate an Initial Yacht Delivery Estimate
Select the departure port, destination port, yacht type, length band and expected delivery conditions to calculate an approximate sea-route distance and starting professional delivery fee.
The result is intended for initial planning. A formal quotation will be prepared after reviewing the yacht, route, timing, required crew and operational requirements.
Initial route and fee estimate
Calculate Your Yacht Delivery Cost
Select a genuine departure and destination from the supported port list, then add the yacht and delivery conditions. The result is approximate and non-binding.

Important Route Assumptions
The distance is an approximate sea-route distance calculated from a simplified marine route graph. It is not a navigational route, passage plan or substitute for current marine charts.
Final passage planning must be confirmed using current marine charts, Notices to Mariners, weather routing, port and border restrictions, the yacht’s actual condition, equipment, range, performance and crew requirements.
Excluded Costs
The estimated starting professional delivery fee does not automatically include fuel, lubricants, provisions, marina or berthing fees, flights, crew travel, local transport, accommodation, customs or agent fees, canal or lock charges, permits, repairs, spare parts, surveys, haul-out, weather waiting, owner-requested waiting time or third-party services unless confirmed in writing.
Any applicable taxes will be confirmed in the formal quotation.
Non-Binding Estimate
This calculator provides an initial estimate only and does not constitute a quotation, contract or invoice. The final quotation depends on the yacht’s exact specifications, condition, location, route, required crew, preparation requirements, operational complexity, timing and the agreed delivery scope.
Your route calculation remains in this browser session and is transferred to the enquiry form only when you request a quotation.
How the Route Estimate Works
The calculator uses a simplified graph of Mediterranean and nearby Atlantic ports and marine corridors. Distances are calculated between connected route points and combined to find an approximate sea-route corridor.
The result is not a passage plan and must not be used for navigation.
